I bring over 35 years of sales expertise, including the last 17 years dedicated exclusively to the clinical research industry, where I've successfully sold for and led sales efforts for technology providers, IRBs, and site networks. With experience in sales leadership, strategy, and team-building, I’ve supported startups and growth-stage companies in transitioning their sales efforts from uncertainty to clarity. Throughout my career, I've worn many hats: sales representative, team leader, strategist, coach—and now, trusted partner to ambitious businesses looking to scale.
I started Armani Consulting Group after recognizing a common challenge: small companies with significant potential often struggle to build scalable sales systems without the resources to hire a full commercial team. I bridge that gap by delivering executive-level commercial insights combined with the focused attention of a dedicated consultant.
